Being one of my first "stress bakes" during the COVID pandemic, almond croissant blondies soon became a staple in our household.
Immediately, my parents and brother knew I had a rough day from the delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen. Not only did this alert my family that I was most likely going to be stressed, but it also helped ease my nerves. Baking using my own two hands allows me to release anxiety through something productive and delicious.
